Michel Peyramaure

Michel Peyramaure (1922-2023) was born in Brive, in Corrèze. He composed his first poems in his father’s printing house then became a journalist at La Montagne. In 1954, he published his first novel, Paradise Between Four Walls.
A very prolific author, Michel Peyramaure excels in the staging of History and becomes an essential storyteller of the lives of the greatest (Napoleon, Joan of Arc, Henry IV, Cleopatra, etc.).
